As Be-Cubed started to form as a community and company, we talked a lot about our frustrations with Agile Transformations that should have gone better than they did. We talked about why Agile Transformations go bad. We talked about our experiences with helping to get transformations get back on track. And we talked about those times when we were pushed out of transformations because we were working from the mindset that the organization (or the consulting agency we were working through) truly wanted to be Agile and that was not always the case. 

Bill DeVoe wrote a great article titled “When a Good Agile Transformation Goes Bad” that can be found on his Independent Contractor website.

We wanted to do more than talk and write. We wanted to collaborate with and challenge each other. At Be-Cubed, we are Independent Contractors, Agile Practitioners, Mentors/Advisors, Operations Superstars, DevOps Experts, and (joining soon) Sales Folks who have been doing this for a long time and we are really good at it. We formed a company so we could make a difference and help companies exponentially improve their value delivery.
